Being safe in Bali

Bali has a low crime rate, considering that 4 million foreign tourists hit the island every year from all over the world. But we still urge that you be carful, There is theft and murder like anywhere else in the world. These crimes are committed by both locals and tourist from all over the globe. The police in Bali is not what you would expect. In a lot of cases ‘’no money no help’’ Money rules, and money talks everywhere.

The crime hot spot would have to be the Kuta area where young drunk foreign tourists and locals meet to take advantage of the cheap drinks and great night clubs. Keep well clear of drugs and becoming to drunk. This will increase the chances to end up mugged, hurt or in deep trouble. And suddenly Bali can show a side that is far off paradise.

Bali is an amazing destination to party, as long as you stay close to friends, respected the locals and stay away from any drugs, you are guarantied to enjoy the island of gods.
